By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Services Provided

Teamworx Painting provides residential and commercial painting, pressure washing, and specialized exterior services.

• Estimates & Quotes: Pricing provided in quotes is valid for a limited time as specified on your official estimate.
• Preparation: While we practice meticulous planning and cleanliness, clients are responsible for removing fragile or highly valuable items from the work area prior to project commencement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete. (2) You have the legal capacity and authority to authorize work on the property provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the Site or our services. Liability regarding physical work performed on your property will be governed by the specific service contract signed before work begins.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Florida. Teamworx Painting and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

8. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions

Teamworx Painting

We send text messages to provide you with appointment reminders, estimate updates, service notifications, special offers, and discounts.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 689-399-4532. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
